Personal Statement:  I am an outgoing, honest and dedicated person that has the ambition to succeed in anything that I do.  Even though I have a wide range of experience in the Low Voltage Electrical industry, I am always willing to learn and am up for any challenge no matter what the situation.  I work well with others as well as perform efficiently while working independently.

Lead Field Service Technician

Installed and serviced low voltage security systems which include: access control, gate control, CCTV (analog and IP), intercom, burglary and fire alarms.  In access control and gate control, I have worked primarily with GE, Linel, and Schlage.  I have worked primarily with all associated hardware with limited contact on the software.  I have worked with numerous camera makes and models and am capable of programming DVR’s, HVR’s and IVR’s.  I am certified to install and service all models of BOSCH DLA series DVR/HVR’s.   All aspects previous mentioned include: prewire, trim and finish in both new construction and retrofit enviornments.

Responsible for the supervision of others while in a call center environment to solve issues with alarm systems prior to dispatching technicians. I took portraits of individuals as well as families for memories that last a lifetime. I sold portrait packages with up-selling of additional products to customers.  I was also responsible for opening and or closing reports for cash drawer.  As a temp studio manager, I was additional responsible for creating weekly schedules for 6 additional employees, as well as supervising and properly training subordinates.
